Kimzey`s Coffee Shop in Argyle

My wife and I were on a Sunday drive and when we were leaving CVS we saw this weird roof on a cottage and decided to go check it out. I think we walked into Underland. I'm surprised that I didn't see Absalom in the corner, or hare sitting at a tea party. And at the same time it feels like some European countryside inn. Really breaks the monotony. Come for the coffee, stay for the atmosphere. And the coffee, because it's amaze-balls.

Such a great spot for a nice cup of coffee and a good reading spot. Friendly employees and a peaceful and happy environment. Dairy alternatives available and gluten free treats too. For sure a must visit.

Really cute and adorable Hansel and Gretal type cottage. Service is really great and their drive thru is really fast! Their coffee is absolutely delicious and well priced (cheaper than their sister coffee shop West Oak). Pictured is a vegetable quiche with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. So yummy and highly recommend!

A local treasure that's not corporate. Beautiful interior with lots of space, plus great coffee and food. Service is always excellent.

Wow! So yummy! I had some incredible gingery sort of yummy-bread, that made me relax into the arrival of autumn. And the milk-and-honey latte was sublime!

Super fun place to grab a cup of coffee. Their food that we ordered was good as well as their drinks. It is clean and the people are friendly. Very cool vibe. Definitely recommend going!

This place is so cool! The design of the building is unique and fun, and the coffee is fabulous. I was really impressed with the service and the quality of the coffee and cleanliness of the place. I can't wait to go back!!

May be the best local coffee shop in the area. Good bevs and bites. The avocado cup cake to die for. Parking great even for RV. Friendly welcoming staff. Building architecture a visual delight. Several indoor seating areas. Patio too.

I used to love coming here alone, or with friends, I always felt comfortable until my recent encounter with a particular employee (Steve?).. I've seen him there quite a bit but after being uncomfortably flirted with after ordering my drink ( as well as telling me my coffee wasn't going to taste good??)... I no longer want to be a regular here. I hope this does not happen to anyone else because they (and I) deserve much better.

This is probably me and my sister’s all time favorite coffee shop in the area. Their locations is so adorable and well designed. I love the interior and decorations and their menu is solid. Definitely try their chocolate cold brew! I’m always finding excuses to come back to Kimzey’s and highly recommend you follow their Instagram even if you’ve never been here. It’s highly adorable and also gives you a good idea of what’s on their menu. 😊

I love Kimzeys, but when we went yesterday, we were served by a man (he was maybe ginger with a beard?) who wasn’t very kind or friendly. Really seemed like he didn’t want to be at work. Wasn’t a great experience and the drinks weren’t the best. I know many of the employees aren’t like this, but this experience- especially during this time- wasn’t great.

Pretty cool little coffee joint in the small town of Argyle. Very unique looking building. Large space, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great for studying or catching up with friends. Excellent cold brew. They also have a drive thru for those of you in a rush. That said, they also have superior customer service skills. Worth checking out if it's on your list.

Kimzey's is a perfect combination of Coffee and atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is amazing.

Love this place. It's a bit out of the way but we go here to meet up with friends that live in Ft. Worth every couple of weeks. I usually get the chocolate espresso milkshake. This tome I got their special Hazelnut Truffle drink. They have great seasonal specials. My bf really likes their cappuccinos and he's kinda picky when it comes to those. Great atmosphere too. The building looks like something out of a fairy tale. If you come in the summer, bring a sweater because the A.C. is blasting.

If you ever played the Enchanted Forest board game as a kid, you will feel like you have stepped right into one of the local haunts of the game. Great meeting place. Quaint coffee/breakfast spot conveniently located. Iced drinks too...think elevated Iced Chai Tea Latte! Hearty size warm muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. Seasonal drinks. Two fireplaces, nice indoor seating, and small patio in front.

It's such a cute coffee shop, the food is premade so you can't customize an order but I ended up getting the bacon quiche and my husband the veggie one and they were both delicious.

Wonderful ambiance. Bungalow style Coffee house with delicious treats and of course coffee. I have tried a latte with an apple ginger bread slice. The coffee was one of the best I have tried with great flavor notes balance; and the bread spicy and delicious. Everyone was kind and friendly. It is a great place to stop for breakfast or brunch.

Not a coffee person but I can vouch for the high quality of their chai latte! My girlfriend enjoyed her iced coffee as well. Had one of the donuts they serve on weekends and wow, truly a treat! Highly recommended if you're ever in the area.

No more expensive than Starbucks and a hundred times the charm. This is a great place . The phrase "hidden gem" gets tossed around a lot, but this qualifies.

Great location. Great charm. Service was very friend and nice. Builfing and facility has a nice fantasy appeal. We each had a cold brew. It bitter flavor was right on, but it had a bit of tanginess to it that we didnt like. Not sure if that is normal or just old beans. Overall, wonderful place to have some coffee.

Would recommend visiting for the atmosphere alone! A unique coffee shop with great drink options for both coffee and non-coffee drinkers. Also, located near other restaurants that are all excellent as well.

I absolutely love Kimzey's! Not only is the cottage an absolutely adorable place, but the coffee is great! I've never had a bad coffee there. Their mocha latte is the best mocha latte I've ever had. If it's a chilly day, go inside and sit by the fire. If it's a breezy day, get yourself an iced drink and sit outside. You can't go wrong with anything at Kimzey's!

Wow, everything about this place is amazing. I stopped here not knowing what is was just because the building is so cute. So glad I did! The doughnuts have the best texture I've ever had!!! Plus the flavor was really good.Also the drinks that my wife and I got were very good. I got a chai latte and she got the yam latte.We live in Fort Worth, but will be driving up at least once a month for this place. It is a must try!

Great little place. The choices were limited, BUT their scone was delicious. The coffee was hot and the hot chocolate was very flavorful. Two thumbs up.

Couldn't be better! I've sipped at practically every coffee shop and cafe in North Texas and Kimzey's is my favorite! I am swooning over the Alice in Wonderland aesthetics and gorgeous watercolors, flowers, tea cups, ah! I'm dying from coffee / literary love overload. And the coffee is delicious too ❤

This place is so much more than what I was expecting! The staff was extremely nice and they were well priced. They had delicious food in the morning to compliment our drinks (I had their Chai Latte). The aesthetics of the place are amazing, and it is very spacious.

Great coffee, great staff. Every Tuesday morning at 9:30 we take our daughter to story time, she has a great time. Highly recommend this place!

Really quaint and charming place to grab coffee. The service was disappointing the first time we visited, the person who took our order was pretty rude. However, the coffee was good and the cinnamon rolls were the best I've ever had. My kids and I have been 3 times since, and the service was much friendlier. Sadly, they were out of cinnamon rolls the day we visited, but we'll try again.

What a great find. We are driving up 377 and noticed this cute building to the side of the road. Wonder what that is we wondered. On our way back from Denton we stopped in. What a great find.

Lovely place in the middle of nowhere! I mean it, you really have to look for it. It looks just like a fairy tale cottage so kudos on the person that thought about it.
